Under the Dome LATEST REVIEWS | TVBuzer

We are what we do. That phrase certainly echoed through Under the Dome Season 3 Episode 3 as everyone tried to return to their life, stuck inside the dome after having a years worth of memories of a life outside it.  It comes as no shock that there were emotional ramifications. As witnessed in the opener last week, everyone had moved their life on considerably and the dome was just a distant memory. It does feel like we are treading new water with the dome returning, but this sh... more

The Kinship

The alternate reality is slowly, but surely wearing off of Chester's Mill.  Under the Dome Season 3 Episode 4 continued to have me debating whether to reach for the remote and give up on this show for good. I just can't fathom where the show is going and if it will bare any significance to what has happened so far.  The season opener really was a turning point for the show and now, we're back at square one, wondering what's coming next. Christine continued to disappoint. She wan... more

The only thing missing at this point is for the domers to raise their fingers, point and scream. You've all seen Invasion of the Body Snatchers, right? Tell me you didn't get that vibe on Under the Dome Season 3 Episode 5 when Joe and Norrie clasped hands and tried to make a run for it. We're dealing with some sort of pod people, alright. Things are still clear as mud, but at least we know there has been another egg in another day in Alaska. That's why Big Jim was held captive an... more

this is one of my best shows please renew for season 3

  • Level 39
This show seems to be struggling with the storyline. Typical type where it drags out the story and the acting is mediocre.

  • Level 2
Sam Verdreaux is the psycho killer.... He was the one chasing after the lady of the lake after she left his cabin... And he was the only one to know about JR's back out and lack of memory of that night... What a good way to pin the blame on him...

  • Level 8
I gotta say: I love this series! I watched every single episode and I think it just got the right amount of everything. Right amount of romance, bloody scenes, tension, supernaturalness, crime, and it also gives a great insight into the human psyche. I can't wait till the next episodes come out!!

  • Level 1
They toned down the show A LOT from the way the book was. I'm happy about that though.

  • Level 1
Definitely agree with both comments. It took my a while to decide to watch it, but so far so good. With King adaptations you never know.
I'm pretty sure if it's successful they will milk it to the last drop, and it's probably going to suck. The only was I see out is if they change the setting to another town or a a big city which is also "domed", giving it new dynamics and maybe 1 or 2 characters remaining from this one.

  • Level 1
I'm hoping this is a miniseries and not a series -I think it would run out of gas as a series - but I like it A LOT - you'd expect this from the sci fi channel - but in this first episode, so far CBS has not mucked it up

  • Level 1
Very surprised that I really liked it. Not like the other terrible way Hollywood did the past King movies.
