TNT Renews 'Librarians' and 'Major Crimes,' Cancels 3 Dramas

TNT Renews 'Murder in the First' for Season 2

After a fairly successful inaugural run, TNT has opted to renew its summer crime drama 'Murder In The First' for a second season. Season 2 will once again consist of 10 episodes, and will once again focus on a season-spanning investigation of a murder case. Whether the lead detective characters played by Kathleen Robertson and Taye Diggs will return to tackle next year's mystery is currently unclear. more
