S.H.I.E.L.D.: Faux Coulson Plots 'Death of Everything' in Season 6 Trailer

A familiar face promises to be a formidable foe in the first full trailer for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 6. When Season 6 opens on Friday, May 10 at 8/7c — picking up one year after a terminal Coulson was dropped off in Tahiti — the team is “scattered across the galaxy,” still coming to grips with the knowledge that bending the laws of space and time may have saved the planet, but it couldn’t save Fitz or their former Director. ... more Comments

"Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D" Renewed For Season 7 By ABC

The timing of the early renewal is likely tied to the cast’s option coming up. Along with picking up the actors’ options, ordering Season 7 ahead of time would allow for the two shorter seasons to be filmed back-to-back, which helps to reduces costs. When S.H.I.E.L.D.’s move to summer was announced in May, ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey made it clear that Season 6 was not envisioned as a final one. “I feel the season we just had was creatively the strongest yet,” she said back then. &... more Comments

Agents of SHIELD is "going to have a lot of fun in space," executive producer Jeph Loeb promised when he and Ming-Na Wen discussed what's coming up in the series' fifth season. 'Agents of SHIELD' Interview: 'Personal Conflict Takes a Backseat' in Season 5

Being in space means that priorities have to shift, as Agents of SHIELD's Henry Simmons and Natalia Cordova-Buckley pointed out discussing the upcoming fifth season. That means that any feelings left over from their time in the Framework are going to have to take a backseat to the new challenges they'll be facing. We know that Hunter's returning, but Simmons couldn't really say much about that, other than, "I think Mack will always be happy to... more Comments

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.: Framework Ward Deserves A Chance To Live

The topic of Grant Ward—played by the incomparable talent of Brett Dalton—is as sensitive as, say, politics and religion. To this day, I continue to face complications when speaking about him. Even before his reveal as an agent of Hydra, he has been a character in which the audience of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. either really hates, or really loves. There are those who fancy him deceased (for reasons more than one) while, there are those who #StandWithWard and wish him redemption/resurrection. Fortunately and/or unfortunately, depending on which si... more Comments
