16 TV Characters Who Were Brought Back from the Dead

These days, the death of a major character on a TV show is met equal parts remorse and suspicion. It's become a pretty common plot device for a TV show to shock audiences by suddenly killing off a very substantial character completely out of nowhere. They then leave fans to stew over that death for a while (whether for a couple of episodes, a whole summer, or even a full season) and then display the twist that said character is actually alive.  Let's look back on some of these big characters that we've had to say goodbye to, only to fin... more

'Colony' Review: A Thrilling Sci-Fi Family Drama that Will Capture Your Attention

USA Network made its first bid into serious drama last year. Initially it seemed like a foolish decision for the network to move away from its enjoyable comedies and quirky dramas but it paid off with  Mr. Robot. Mr. Robot was not only personally my favorite drama of 2015, it also got award recognition. Most notably winning the Golden Globes' Best TV Drama . USA hopes to strike it big again with more

Although I've only watched most of the first season, shouldn't I care more about the story and characters? None of the characters are trustworthy or are sympathetic. What's the point of spending all the time on each character's background when it only serves to make them even less sympathetic. All the twists and turns in the story line are becoming self-serving. They serve little purpose but to delay ... to create dramatic tension ... which goes nowhere. Finally, if "Hurley" says "dude" one more time, I think they should vote him off the island.
