Oswald gets off the bus and notices the crooked cops, the pursesnatchers, and the prostitutes, and figures that he's home. On the news, a reporter is outside of Arnold Danzer's penthouse. Danzer is out on bail after bilking investors out of millions. Inside, Danzer is telling his lawyer to pay off whoever it takes to get him off. Once he hangs up, Danzer sneaks out to avoid the press.
