Sick, twisted, politically incorrect and Freakin' Sweet animated series featuring the adventures of the dysfunctional Griffin family. Bumbling Peter and long-suffering Lois have three kids. Stewie (a brilliant but sadistic baby bent on killing his mother and taking over the world), Meg (the oldest, and is the most unpopular girl in town) and Chris (the middle kid, he's not very more
... bright but has a passion for movies). The final member of the family is Brian - a talking dog and much more than a pet, he keeps Stewie in check whilst sipping Martinis and sorting through his own life issues.

Are You There God? It's Me, Peter

If I was stuck in an elevator with God, I'd probably ask Him some of the same questions Peter asked on Family Guy Season 16 Episode 20. Of all the questions, Peter had, the most important one, I think, was whether or not we were just a computer simulation for a higher species. That would answer a lot of questions about the weirdness of life. But if our life was being run by a higher species, what would be the purpose of God, then? And that's exactly the point.... more

The Unkindest Cut

A parent's love knows no bounds as Quagmire learned on Family Guy Season 16 Episode 19 after he lost his penis in a shark attack. It was more than a little weird that Quagmire was willing to have his dad's member transplanted to him, but for a guy whose life revolves around his penis, it makes perfect sense. The fact that Ida saved his penis also raises eyebrows since why keep something that you were so desperate to rid yourself of? Maybe Ida explained it, and I missed ... more

Family Guy should have made Family Guy Season 16 Episode 18 a Six Second Episode because that's about all the time it took for me to become completely bored with Hammer and the Millennial saga. Every piece of commentary made about Millennials and their many, many issues as well as our addiction to the Internet is stuff that has already been done and said before. Still, watching Peter transform into a Millennial after trying vaping was funny. Getting schooled by Hammer ... more

Family Guy Remembers Carrie Fisher (and Angela) With Emotional Eulogy

Family Guy struck a surprisingly emotional chord on Sunday, opening with Peter making a speech at Angela’s funeral — a eulogy which doubled as a tribute to Angela’s voice actress, the late Carrie Fisher. Borrowing from some of television’s timeless theme songs, Peter said, “Who could turn the world on with her smile? Angela. Who could take a nothing day and suddenly make it seem worthwhile? Angela. So no one told you life was gonna be this way. [Four claps.] Ang... more

Family Guy Season Premiere Twist: What's Next for Brian and Jess?

Sunday’s Family Guy season premiere took us back to a place we hoped we’d never see again: Brian’s depressing fleabag apartment. This was to be the setting of his new life with Jess (voiced by Happy Endings‘ Casey Wilson), a terminal cancer patient he met and married in a matter of days. Of course, the notion of “till death do us part” took on a very different meaning when Jess learned that not only was she not dying — but her farts were back! more
