The Calm

The Arrow runs through the forest to intercept a truck driving across the city with a load of RPGs. He reports in to Felicity, who checks in with Diggle and Roy. They intercept the truck and Diggle detaches the trailer, while Roy jumps the driver. Arrow brings the cab to a stop with an explosive arrow, and the driver runs off into a nearby warehouse. TV Ratings: 'Arrow' Signs Off to Low Numbers

The CW was likely hoping that “Arrow” would sign off with a TV ratings bullseye, but the series finale failed to draw a large audience missed the mark a little.
