'RHOBH': Has Kim Richards Been Lying about Her Sobriety?

Kim Richards finally talks about her recent arrest and her ongoing battle with alcohol on Dr. Phil but not without drama. Not only did The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star get emotional, she also walks out during the interview.

In the teaser for Tuesday's upcoming episode of Dr. Phil, Dr. Phil McGraw confronts the 50-year-old reality star over her arrest and public intoxication, among other things.

"I'm beating myself up over this," Richards tells Dr. Phil. "I poured a drink of vodka, and I thought, 'Oh my God, what have I done?'"

"Are you living a lie telling everybody, 'I've been sober for three years?'" Dr. Phil asks.

"You are drunk in a bar fighting with a cop. That is not good mothering!"

Dr. Phil calling out Richards for her bad parenting in front of her kids seemed to much for her handle. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star then says, "Is this an intervention? I'm sorry, I can't!"

An emotional Richards then walks out in the middle of the interview.

Richards was arrested last Thursday at the Beverly Hills Hotel and was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer. Following her drunken meltdown, family and friends of the reality star have reportedly been encouraging her to go back into rehab but according to Radar Online, Richards can't afford treatment.

"Not only is Kim broke, but she also doesn't have health insurance and has no way to pay for rehab," an insider told Radar. "She had been using that as a reason to not go back for treatment, as no one in the family was stepping up to foot the bill."

Dr. Phil reportedly offered her a free trip to rehab in exchange for a television interview.

"Dr. Phil offered to send her to rehab, and he would take care of the expenses," a source  told Radar. "It was extremely generous, and a facility was picked out by Dr. Phil. Kim was blown away by the gesture, but didn't immediately agree to go."

Dr. Phil's interview with Richards airs Tuesday, April 28 on OWN.
