FOX Renews 'Sleepy Hollow' for Season 4

Abbie Mills may be gone, but Ichabod Crane's fight will continue. FOX has officially renewed Sleepy Hollow for a fourth season.

The low-rated Sleepy Hollow was moved to Fridays, but that didn't kill it off. Besides Bones, which is heading into its final season, Sleepy Hollow is FOX's longest-running drama series.

The fourth season will most likely be quite different, with only four cast members set to return: Tom Mison as Crane, Lyndie Greenwood as Jenny Mills as well as season 3 newcomers Lance Cross and Jessica Camacho as the FBI's Daniel Reynolds and Sophie Foster.

In other FOX news, the network has officially cancelled freshman dramas Minority Report and Second Chance, neither of which is a surprise. They join a quartet of freshman comedies cancelled Thursday, which leaves Lucifer, Rosewood and Scream Queens as the lone new survivors of the 2015-2016 TV season for FOX.

FOX will reveal its full 2016-2017 schedule and line-up on Monday, May 16.
