4 Possible Explanations for Colin Donnell's Return to 'Arrow'

Colin Donnell's Tommy Merlyn died in the season 1 finale of Arrow, but that hasn't kept him from appearing multiple times since -- and he'll be back for the second time in season 6 in episode 21, "Docket No. 11-19-41-73." But how will that be possible this time? According to the CW's description of the episode, "The pressure mounts for Oliver (Stephen Amell) who begins to wonder if he will lose everything in his battle to save Star City. A familiar face returns." The only mention of Donnell is that he guest star... more

Ricardo Diaz brought Star City to its knees before we even knew he was Arrow's season 6 big bad. It wasn't until "The Dragon," however, that we saw just how dangerous he really is. Watch out, Arrowverse, we've got a planner on our hands. A villain who acts rashly is no one to fear. A man with a plan? That's another matter entirely. A man with a plan and an inferiority complex? That's something to run from. In other words, get out of Diaz' (Kirk Acevedo) way. He wants crime lord status, and he has no qualms about shooting his way up the ladder.  more

A Solo Oliver Queen Is Exactly What 'Arrow' Needs Right Now

And then there was one. Last week we claimed Adrien Chase (Josh Segarra) had won a posthumous victory over the Green Arrow. Little did we know, our hero's subconscious agreed. Diggle (David Ramsey) reminded Oliver (Stephen Amell) that he leaves a trail of bodies wherever he goes, and those words cut deeper than any knife. They plagued Oliver's Vertigo-induced hallucinations during "Fundamentals", and it led him to one inevitable conclusion -- it's time to go back to basics. When Oliver arrived in Star City six years ago, he was a rough etching of his future self. Qu... more
