Winter Finale Do the Saviors Get Revenge on the Communities?

The Walking Dead promised that the season 8 winter finale, titled "How It's Gotta Be," would be shocking. And the tension-filled episode does not disappoint. With Rick's meticulously thought-out plan blown to pieces, Alexandria, the Kingdom and the Hilltop quickly find themselves surrounded. But we all knew the war wouldn't be so easy, right? The Flashback"How It's Gotta Be" features a couple of flashbacks of Carl talking to Rick and basically telling his dad they need to be b... more

Does Eugene Betray Dwight?

People have been questioning whose side Eugene is on ever since he joined the Saviors. Is he totally loyal to Negan? Or is he secretly working for Rick? This episode of The Walking Dead, titled "Time for After," though, shows that Eugene still really is just on Team Eugene. Will Jadis Take the Deal?"Time for After" begins with Rick still trapped in that storage container. Jadis and her people finally let him out, and he offers to make a deal yet again, which seems stupid. She ... more

Time for After

I could go for some of Eugene's giggle juice right about now. On The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 7, the situation at the Sanctuary became even direr as tempers flared, threats were made, and panic spread amongst the Saviors. After the scattered mess that was The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 6, "Time for After" put more focus toward a smaller variety of characters. It allowed more time for their stories to build and play out more naturally without feeling rushed. ... more

I don´t like the ending of the last episode. Were there no indications whatsoever that the scrap heap people and the freaky lanky bitch leading them were allied to Negan? Normally such information can be found out. It would be foolish to trust strangers and wise to have spied on them before the joining of forces and the battle. Also once the battle was underway and the alexandrians and Kingdom people had forced the enemy to flee it was very stupid and a major military blunder to have just let them run. The script writers obviously have no military experience or knowledge. You do not allow an enemy fleeing the battlefield in panic and disarray to escape. They had the advantage and the momentum and they should have mounted their vehicles and pursued and killed all of them while they had a chance. The fleeing enemy must not be allowed to stop and re-group. Most of the enemy were on foot and Negan only had a few minutes head start and could have been caught up with and killed.

No matter what this is a very interesting show. I like!

I think I should be called in to write the script of this show. Zombies or no Zombies, Gouverners and Negans and Saviours or not, it is just so pathetic that they are so defenceless. Even if a huge number of the population has died or been turned into Zombies, there would still be plenty of food supplies and weapons and ammunition and fuel left somewhere which they could forage for. There are 27 military bases in Virginia alone (one of which is a major ammunition dump) swarms of police stations and gun shops. They cannot all have been looted and gutted clean. There must be plenty of fuel to be found. There were tanks and heavy armour in the streets of Atlanta and at the centre for disease control. There is a National Guard garrison in Virginia and heavy armour and underground bunkers in Arlington. It is not difficult to learn to drive a tank or to go to an air force base and find a helicopter or even ultra light aircraft which they could drop hand grenades from right on bloody Ne
