This episode set up everything nicely for the rest of the season. The Killjoys' mission became clearer, and the big bad was unveiled in all her glory on Killjoys Season 3 Episode 3. First off, the big mystery from Killjoys Season 3 Episode 1 was explained. Well, in a way. At the end of that episode, D'avin was brought up into the Hullen ship, and then disappeared.
