The Dark Side of Rick

It’s that time of year again! The time of year when Andrew Marlowe and the rest of the Castle writers give us an extra present. The time of year when they push out a two-part episode that is filled with tension, adrenaline and something that always hits close to home. The best part about these episodes? They never fail. Time to talk “Target," BTVGuides. The Castle Season 5 two-parter kicked off with the kidnapping of Alexis and her friend. Turns out Alexis was in ... more

Where in the World is Alexis?

This week on Castle, Alexis is in the wrong place at the wrong time and ends up kidnapped. This leaves our team working against the clock to try and bring Alexis home. Your Yearly Emotional Saga Ryan's annual installment of character development begins w... more

And sometimes, being a sexist jackass will directly lead to your interstellar murder. That is the case in this episode of Castle. "The Wrong Stuff" opens with an astronaut on Mars making gross comments about women, only to have his throat stabbed moments later. This is probably the least amount of sympathy I've had for a cold open victim on this show. ... more

'Castle' Recap: Tyson and Castle Play Cat and Mouse

If you heard something strange while watching this episode of Castle, that was my jaw hitting the floor. This is because "Reckoning" features characters making mistakes and then learning from them. Is this network television? Did I fall asleep and enter a dream world where people make logical decisions? We may never know. Got a Long List of Ex-Victims, They'll Tell You I'm Insane We begin where the previous episode left off, with Beckett having just b... more
